I love little surprises. Like when I am watching The Jungle Book with my husband, who knows every word to every song, and sings them each with gusto and excitement. He even knows all of the correct shoobee-doo's in the monkey song. I was impressed. I don't get to see that very often. I think my favorite was his giddy excitement over singing along to "The 'Bear' Necessities." :-)

ReplyDeleteWhy is everyone so surprised that I sang Bear Necessities? I sang "I'm a Toys R Us Kid" in from of the whole High School for crying out loud. And we listened to Disney music every Sunday growing up, so I should definitely know the words.
ReplyDeleteI think everyone is surprised because usually when your family breaks into song, you have a look on your face like, "am i really related to them?" But you really do have it in you! hahah. I love it!
